How to Get In Touch

If you are contacting us to report a problem or ask for a job price or quotation, please have as much information to hand as possible.
This should include details of your hardware configuration (if known), which operating system your are using eg. Windows XP, Vista, etc.
If you are seeing error messages onscreen please write them down and record the circumstances under which they appear. This can greatly speed up diagnosis.
Please include your name and email address or telephone number in any communications
We will also need to know where you are and whether you require an onsite repair/upgrade*

 

*Onsite repairs/upgrades are not always possible and we may need to bring your equipment back to our workshop.
There is no extra charge for this.
